Domestic (within Australia)

    $12 flat rate

 Delivery estimate: 3-8 business days from dispatch for areas except Northern Territory.

                                 8-12 business days from dispatch for NT & remote areas.

  • Express (Australia Post) 
    $15 flat rate

Delivery estimate: 1-4 business days from dispatch.

FREE shipping for all orders over $150.00.

 International

  • Express (DHL, FEDEX or Australia Post)
    Shipping rate calculated at checkout

Delivery estimate: 2 -15 business days from dispatch.

  • Standard (DHL, FEDEX or Australia Post)
    Shipping rate calculated at checkout

Delivery estimate: 10-25 business days from dispatch. 

Some countries can only be shipped to, via Australia Post. We use DHL as a priority service and use FEDEX and Australia Post when DHL/ FEDEX isn't available.

International Taxes and Duties

Please note that any duties and taxes payable in countries outside of Australia are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, Marmee Nurture Ware has no control over import fees and these will be the responsibility of the recipient prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated custom tax and duty charges prior to ordering and consider placing multiple orders for larger value orders. Orders returned due to refusal of delivery/payment of duties and taxes will be subject to the original shipping costs as well as the import and return shipping fee charges incurred on the delivery back to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.

Shipping Methods 

The Marmee team ships orders from our Gold Coast office from Monday-Friday, between 9am & 5pm.

We endeavour to process orders within 5 business days. If for any reason, there is a slight delay with processing your order, due to high demand, we will advise you. 

 

Shipping Delays

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Marmee Nurture Ware control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Marmee Nurture Ware is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

Lost Parcels 

Marmee Nurture Ware offers tracking for all orders; however, Marmee Nurture Ware does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post/DHL/FedEx.
